Absolutely serious and reliable. Was the only locksmith to respond to my calls early in the morning. Replaced a lock for free, which had only been renewed a few months earlier. GENIUS!

Super friendly, already got help on the phone with advice and assistance. The key broke off in the cylinder. I removed the cylinder, could have knocked the key out myself, but to avoid damaging something in the cylinder, I quickly went down to the store. 1 minute later the broken piece was out. Cost 0€, still left a tip. I hope this doesn't happen to me again, but if it does, I know that this locksmith does not rip people off and knows what he is doing.
